Labradorite piece polished on both sides of ± 7 X 8.5 cm and 384 grams. On one side it has magenta color and reflections, on the other cobalt blue.
- Labradorite or spectrolite is a variety of Anorthite, belonging to the feldspars called plagioclases. It is an aluminosilicate of sodium and calcium. The synonym of spectrolite refers to the spectral iridescence that is typical of this mineral.
