Piece measuring ± 16.5 x 13 cm with an arthropod measuring + 2.5 cm.
Very rare and recently discovered fossil. The fauna of the Fezouta Formation is comparable to that of the Burgess Shale.
- Xyphosides are an order of marine chelicerates of the class Merostomata. The best known species is Limulus polyphemus or horseshoe crab.
