Plate of ± 16.2 x 11.4 cm , complete, without breaking, without restorations. The fish is ± 11.3 cm, also without any restoration.
* Very similar to the current perch; the Mioplosus labracoides is distinguished by its double dorsal fin and pointed teeth. It is believed that he was a voracious predator as they always are alone and quite isolated, and the fact that several of them have been found with other fish in the throat.
