Shipping costs correspond exactly to the official fees of the Seur or the spanish postal service, with no added fees, and depend on the weight of the product and country of destination. Please click here to check our Table of shipping costs.
If you make your purchase via our online shop, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically once you have completed your Identification Details.

Tesoros Naturales offers you four payment methods and guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data you provide:
Bank transfer 
No additional charge
In this case, you will receive an e-mail once you have completed your purchase to confirm your order and all the details you have provided, indicating the number of the bank account to which the money should be transferred. When making the money transfer, please do not forget to indicate the reference number which you will have been given in your order confirmation e-mail.
We will dispatch your product once our account has been credited with the amount of the order. Please bear in mind that bank transfers are processed in about 48 hours.
Credit card 
No additional charge
You can pay with a credit or debit card through our payment gateway and secure SSL server, at no additional charge, with all the security protocols and immediately. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email.
Payment by PayPal 
No additional charge
PayPal is an Internet service company that works as an intermediary for payments, in a secure, fast and easy manner.
Once you have made your payment and completed the purchase process, Paypal will charge the exact amount to your credit card, at no additional cost. You only need to fill in a quick online payment form. After filling in the form for the first time, you will be registered as a PayPal user and will have an account where all the transactions made will appear.
Both you and our company Tesoros Naturales will receive an e-mail to confirm the transaction. Once we have received this email, we will send you the items you have purchased.
Depending on the reason for return, Tesoros Naturales will do the following:
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 calendar days to return it, in compliance with the Directive 2011/83/UE on consumer rights, as of the day following the date of reception. You must inform us by email and once we have received the item we will refund you with the amount paid, minus the shipping fee as stated by the Directive previously mentioned.
- If the item is damaged, you must inform us immediately so that Tesoros Naturales can make a complaint to the shipping company. The shipping company will pick up the item, send it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid as soon as we have received the product. Please note that this is a very rare event, as all the products we send are very carefully protected.
